IGN is claiming that, according to sources, the recently announced Nintendo DSi could be launching in the US as early as April 4th for the price of $180. Apparently the DS Lite will still be marketed due to it's continued North American popularity. ![]() If this is true, we're a little surprised. We know that DS sales are as strong as ever, and it seems like a risky time to be introducing new, pricier products to the market. To be fair, though, none of us have anything close to any expertise in marketing so we could be way off on that assessment. Perhaps Nintendo is planning this release not on the weakness of the DS Lite, but on that of the dying and similarly priced PSP. As with all rumors, only time will tell. You know we can never get enough Zombies! No word yet on whether this would even make it to North America..
During a recent interview with GameTrailers Geoff Keighly, NOA President Reggie Fils-Amie was asked several pressing questions. Where are Nintendo's core games? When will we see the next Mario and Zelda games? Will there be a Mario WiiWare title coming this year? |

Two highly sought after games,
There's been a lot of talk amongst bloggers lately regarding an impending release of "Wii 2". Much of this talk stems from a quote made by Nintendo president Satoru Iwata last week. To paraphrase, he rev
